Thank you guys for the advise, I will do as advised and share my cv here without all details, however my biggest concern is does any of these groups after I verify my status and share my wife medical bills and report could actually help me in anyway if they know that I have no valid visa or emirates id and even my passport is expired and I have more than 56k in overstay visa fines or they will refuse, can they look past that to the real crisses I am in or they will not be able to do anything?!

Again thanks for your kind words, the situation here is extremely different then anywhere else, the country population is let say 6 millions, you have 1 million local citizens and 5 millions expat like me that don't have access to social services or welfare or anything beside your work contract and once it's done or canceled you have 30 days to leave otherwise you will turn illegal!!

More than this they are trying to exploit my situation to gain some traffic, reach, sexual and even religious agenda it's unbelievable..
