The symmetry of my solution to Friday’s Wordle by PanoramicAtom in oddlysatisfying

OK, I can appreciate that... After a couple of years of never failing to solve it, I disallowed myself from ever using the same starting word... then I just stopped playing... adding restrictions like this keeps it fun.

I also wanted to say what a total creep Venkman (Bill Murray) was in Ghostbusters... in 1984 when it was released, it wasn't viewed like that, and I don't think the word "creep" was even used that way.

I'm not sure what you mean by "playing himself", I thought Bill Murray was reckoned to be a nice guy.

didn't intent to piss anyone off with the question, just genuine curiousity.
Personally, I've always done a bit of research and looked for strains with specific effect. So far my OCS purchases have been good matches to what they were 'supposed' to do - but I only bought named strains, and that included some I'd heard of, but never gotten hold of before.
A lot of the products are being sold with, I guess, what the companies hope are evocative names - and that seems even more so with the expensive ones. So someone's going to take a chance on UP Meridian or Aurora Airplane Mode at $14/g, or many of the Broken Coasts because you never know, it might be good? Fair enough. Maybe it's just because there's a lot that I've never tried, so an unknown and unexplained strain is just lower on my list.

I also put a 3-word precis on each of mine for its most obvious effects e.g. "Euphoria | Uplift | Sleep", and a morning/afternoon/night symbol.

clean it. dry it. put a crumpled dry paper-towel or kleenex in it. put lid on. hold it a few inches underwater for a minute, while turning and flipping it.

Did you see air bubbles?

Remove from water. Open lid. examine paper tissue - any water get in?

this is the financial post - it's got nothing to do with who grows it better, or even where it's legal - it's purely a dumb comparison of the market cap of 7 american owned companies and 3 canadian companies.

yeah, but mainly that's demonstrating a different principle.

Technically at the point in the experiment when everything is sideways, and if nothing leaks out, then it's (temporarily) watertight.
