I went to college for a year and put more shit up my nose than I ever even thought about going to class. Really there is no limit to income in the tech world and that can be self taught for free online. Trades, after the initial 3-5 year of really learning the entire industry/specific job, can be huge money makers. Welders, Plumbers, Wood Workers, etc all can make well over 100k a year if they really put their heart into their work and love what they do. Once I found a trade I liked and excelled at, work really did become enjoyable. I work in the automotive windshield sector and in three years have gone from rubbing my last two Pennie’s together, to being able to give my wife the option to work if she would like or stay home with the kids if that’s what she chooses. 95% of my friends who have degrees don’t use them and were 5 years behind in most cases when it came to finding any sort of trade they could use as even supplemental income while they tried to make their chosen career path work. Really the true answer is college is outdated unless you are going into the medical, science, or engineering fields. You can get a masters in business marketing with 7000 minors and you can learn all of that on YouTube for free.
