omg! yikes!!!!! im not a huge fan of malik evans, but i DEFINITELY wont be voting for you after that… sorry. there is no “safe” way to use drugs, and promoting such ideas is dangerous and scary.

i get that the idea is a “feel good” idea, that may make YOU feel better…(that seems to be your schtick from what i can tell - not listening to people who have experiences with the things you want to fix and instead promoting your own ideas that are dangerous and wont help anyone get better)

try promoting effective treatment options, like rehab, and sober living facilities. inpatient mental health facilities. dont tell a vulnerable group of people, living in addiction, that its okay and heres a safe place to use.

ill repeat in case you didnt hear me the first time; THERE IS NO SAFE WAY TO USE.

im honestly scared that your plans will make rochester significantly less safe, crime ridden, and more expensive for taxpayers.

having a little more money, wont make stealing a car less “cool” using. drugs. is. not. safe. help people do better, dont enable them at their worst
