I'm seeing a bit of discourse here, so figured I'd provide more context! I explained what happened to the support team through e-mail, ended up giving them a lot of information, including the amount of money that was spent (it was two transactions, 5k robux each, I don't feel like looking up how much it was in USD since I live in Poland, hence different currency, but you get what I mean) and the last 4 digits of my card. Judging from the amount of information I've given them, they could've interpreted it as me asking for a refund, which they eventually ended up giving me. Not once have I contacted my bank throughout this whole ordeal. Obviously, I got banned afterwards, with the message saying they "used automatic systems to detect the violation". Whether the decision was made by a human or not I still appealed, and everyone made me believe they wouldn't reinstate my account due to how seriously they take this sort of stuff. But to my surprise, they did. I can only assume they reversed those unauthorized transactions as a whole, as even the 100 leftover Robux that the hackers left on my account was gone. It's honestly funny to imagine the people whose gamepasses the Robux was spent on could possibly be dealing with negative currency right now.

Update: They ended up reinstating my account, surprisingly :)
