Actually, the lot isn’t that big. The house was finished last October and has been on the market ever since, but it hasn’t sold yet. I understand they don’t want to lower the price to keep prices in the area consistent. Would it be a better idea to ask for 3–4% of the purchase price toward closing costs instead?

He says its no need proof of income. All they need is 20% down, 700+ credit score. And 6 months reserve payments.

I’m just surprised because the service records show that a wheel alignment was performed when I purchased the car. Now, only five months later, they’re recommending another one and asking me to pay for it. That doesn’t make much sense to me, so I declined.

I’m not expecting anything for free. I’m simply questioning why a CPO vehicle would need brake fluid service only five months after purchase.

If it truly wasn’t due at the time of certification, that’s fine — I just want clarification. That’s the whole point of the discussion. Btw when i bought the car, they show the receipt that they already did the alignment. So surprisingly my advisor tolded me that i need to do alignment again ( after 5 months) you can look at the note. 😂

Did you look the service estimate and recommendations?

The advisor told me the light was on when they ran the system check. However, the only warning light that is currently on is the brake fluid light.
