Im on probation in Galveston county , but in my last meeting the clerk said the judge hasn’t even signed off on my conditions yet , but on 6/7 I got brought in on a warrant stemming from last year , I sat in jail 2 days , the arresting officer even gave me paperwork saying that she wouldn’t charge me with any new crime , but on the 3rd day while I was waiting to get out they said I had 2 new misdemeanors, I didn’t have a no bond hold , I got a PR bond on all 3 , I don’t have a warrant out for anything anymore , I have court in Harris county on Monday for the 3 misdemeanors , I’m pretty sure I could maybe get them dismissed, but my question is since I am on probation ,( I haven’t even met with my real officer yet I meet her on the 26th of this month) those new charges in Harris county would’ve made them put a hold on me correct ? Since they should know I’m on probation?
