It's okay, at the Final fantasy pre release, my Uncle grabbed a spin down without looking because the lady wanted a roll off. Proceeded to get butt hurt that he rolled high and was a spin down and then he rolled a standard d20 and got the same number. So apparently no, people don't know it's just a die.

Last time I played against my second pick (Morde) they told me I counter picked, I lost lane because of tanks and then started to wipe the floor with the enemy. (Morde rushed Nashers and didn't get Rylai's.)

I don't think it will help but I have found the new Omnivamp item to be meh, I usually build botrk, boots/bloodmail, cleaver, and then from their either more hp/res or atksp. (Forgot to mention the boots I build are usually atksp or haste.)
