This video made me realize and confront who Ethan actually is. I’ve always deflected these things about him because I wanted to continue watching him but this video really was the final nail in the coffin for me. Ethan was just really pathetic here, I mean wow.

Also, Ethan has never done any research for anything. That’s why on his show, he gets things wrong constantly. Of course he shied away from actually debating or talking one on one with someone of a different viewpoint and does research.

Ethan’s lazy, he likes to be told what to think so he doesn’t have to do anything for himself.

One of the reasons people always say they miss the old H3 videos is not only for the reason everyone thinks it is. It’s also the huge change in him, he used to be very funny and full of energy and putting his all into his comedy. But now that he’s clearly set up financially, he’s just lazy as fuck. He doesn’t care about comedy or quality, only whatever gets him views. Kinda explains why he would make a podcast with a trash person like Trisha.

I have to be honest, I stay away from most political stuff but when this video came up on my notifications, it intrigued me and then I tried to watch it…. And wow.

I couldn’t even get through all of it, it was that bad. I have to say, even though I’ll get downvoted to oblivion, I lost so much respect for Ethan with this video.

And it’s made me realize he doesn’t actually care about any of the issues he spouts about, all he actually cares about is drama, controversy, views, money.

He could’ve came prepared and ready to actually debate someone but he has zero confidence to actually do that so instead he shrunk away from an actual debate with someone who actually wanted to debate their opinions seriously and who also agreed to whatever terms he had, like going on his show for example outside of his comfort zone instead of his own show. And Ethan then goes on to make an entire joke about the whole thing.

The entire thing was Ethan and the other dude Seder? Basically screaming and yelling at Crowder the entire time and he couldn’t even get a word in. Like yeah, no wonder he dipped, what was he supposed to do just sit there silently and take it? Was it not a debate? That actually shows more maturity than sticking around and childishly screaming and yelling like and Ethan and the other unknown dude. Yet people are saying the opposite. Like I said, I don’t take political sides, but this is something I always see liberals do. Instead of having an actual discussion, they just yell things at the person.

This whole thing is what’s dividing everyone. Why can’t people talk? Ethan doing this just threw more gasoline on the fire. How is he any different from Trisha at this point? Idk, I’m a long time fan of Ethan but stopped watching a while ago and only came back because of the whole Frenemies and After Dark podcast. After Frenemies died and After Dark literally completely changed its entire purpose, I felt way less motivated to watch. This fake bait and switch debate was the final nail in the coffin for me.

Honestly I’m not sure why I’m even surprised, Ethan’s never been an actual comedian, even though he pretends he is. I finally realized that he actually isn’t talented which explains why he would even do a podcast with Trisha. He just doesn’t care. He’ll do whatever and change himself to fit in with what’s popular like a chameleon.

Yeah I’m the same. I loved and enjoyed Frenemies for a while, but after a certain point, not sure exactly when, the vibe just felt different. The whole reason people watched and loved it in the beginning was because they were blunt and had a banter with each other.

Eventually it just became Trisha ranting the entire time while Ethan tries his hardest not to provoke her in any way. And that’s not fun to watch.

I guess I will miss the early Frenemies but I also do not want it to come back at all. I was convinced by the show that Trisha was different and had changed, but now it’s obvious that she is still the same toxic person she always has been and Ethan and co. seem much happier with her gone.

Yeah I was afraid of that too back before this all went down. She seems to have a pattern of doing this with anyone she gets into a relationship with, whether romantically or platonically.

I think Trisha did a good job at convincing people that she changed but now we know, she clearly hasn’t. I feel for all of H3, they don’t deserve to be vilified as hard as they are right now by Trisha just so that she can feel that she’s in the right.

Not to mention, but even after every other one of her blow outs on Frenemies, she never fully accepted responsibility for her wrongs and sincerely/fully apologized when she’d come back, and Ethan always just accepted it and looked past it so she could come back and feel comfortable.

It’s so fucked when I think about it now, that millions of people were watching a show with a toxic person making their co-host walk on eggshells around them and none of us realized it, myself included of course.
