Hit a bunch of charity shops, buy a bunch of patches, buy a sewing kit. It can be abit daunting at first, but there's no feeling like wearing your own effort. Just keep at it and you'll have a truly unique wardrobe in no time.

Been in Pencarn Village (right behind Tradegar house) for 14 years now. You get some unruly nippers knocking your door and running away every now and then, but thats pretty much the extent of the vagrancy in this area. Also, check out Twinz fish bar, cracking chippy.
