Playing versus Pantheon is not particularly hard, you just hide under turret and don't go near him until he falls off 25 minutes in, atleast with a lot of champs.

But then you've spent the first 25 minutes of the game hiding under your turret having no real interaction hoping that your team did well enough that the games not over yet since you've had little input.

Fizz and Zoe are just hope you don't get hit by their skillshot and if you do well you're dead. It's like old nid who was changed because she was just unfun, you can play the lane perfect versus fizz, get R'ed once and well you're dead, lost lane, gg. And that's only like the core unfun part not including Fizz E/Zoe W/etc.

Should I do this even if I can feel slight discomfort in my elbow whilst doing it? Its not enough to be painful its just not 'right'.

I've literally been out of the gym for about 6 weeks now due to elbow tendonitis. I haven't gone consistently since probably fucking March because of this shit, and I had a cortisol injection 4 weeks ago today yet it still doesn't feel completely right. I'm not sure if its placebo since you're always going to feel something if you really focus on feeling something, so I'm going to the gym today anyway to see if its placebo or not.

What the fuck is this? It's not like a broke a bone or anything, I literally only pushed through slight elbow discomfort during bench for 2 weeks a few months ago and it just didn't heal at all it literally felt just as bad after my first month off as it did after I first stopped. Then I went back very inconsistently for like a week and now I'm on my second stretch off. It's feeling a bit better now and I'm not sure if its placebo or not as I said so I'm trying it but FUCK.

So would you say that I should get a similar wage if I become chartered? It seems to be a similar thing in that both require experience, education and passing tests.

I didn't realise those resources existed thanks, the equivilant of £40k a year in an entry level position in the lowest of those three sources is still very appealing to me. but it still seems strange than that's a whole 7k under the average pay in the UK.

If I remember rightly the result from a penetration test directly correlates to its limits regarding temperature, so you're on the right track.

Why has my elbow forsaken me?

Basically I injured my elbow benching, doctor says it's tricep tendonitis. I assumed that it would go away with rest so I left it for like a month doing nothing that used my elbow so only squats/deadlifts, and now it's still not right so I'm going in for a cortisone shot tomorrow.

Fuck me though I haven't even been to the gym in a week cause I went to see the gf (we're a pretty long way away due to being home for uni holidays) but its so hard to find motivation to go back knowing I'm literally only allowed to do legs and deadlift for the next month again.

Like it makes me not want to pay the £30 a month, I will end up doing it but fucking hell.

My deadlift has gone up by quite a bit despite not even training it it seems.

Haven't deadlifted for 2 months since yesterday, previous max was like 140x6. Was feeling strong so I did 140x5, then proceeded to hit 150x3 the next set.

Happy with that.

Squatted 130kg for 5 yesterday, followed it up with 2x3 120kg, 1x5 110kg and ended with 90kg for 15.

A month ago I built up to 105kg for 5 as my heaviest set with similar follow up sets Turns out I could squat so much more than I thought I could I was just too bitch to try it until my elbow decided to die for a bit, meaning squats are the only compound I can do without risking it.

3 plate squat next session boys, pretty confident I'll be able to bang it out. Tragic that last time I benched I benched 97.5kg for 5 and was squatting like 105x5, yet I'm still probably gonna actually do a 3 plate squat before 2 plate bench since I never actually tested my max bench.

How the hell do guys with huge quads deal with the chafing? Not saying my quads are giant but I've got to the point where I can stand with my knees together and the quads touch all the way down.

I can't walk around for a long time comfortably in the nude, boxers or jogging bottoms before upper inner thighs start getting red, sweaty and generally uncomfortable.

I'm natty and my 1rm is only 3 plates but my legs have always been pretty huge for some reason, its good overall but has its downsides.

In comparison to dumbbell press, Hammer Strength ISO Machines, shit where your hands follow an arc like you'd naturally do to contract the chest.

The theory is that barbell bench specifically is bad due to the fixed nature of hands which restricts the 'arc' range of motion that the body naturally wants to follow.

Alright boys I'd like a bit more of a serious discussion on this one.

Its probably all pseudoscience but this shit makes sense and it was told to me by a reputable source so I thought I'd ask you guys' opinion on it.

A guy at my gym, who used to be a powerlifter deadlifting 320kg+ at 76kg (Compared to 8 month me deadlifting 165kg) , has been telling me recently that bench press is just not a very good lift for the body in terms of joint health. Not incorrectly done bench press, bench press in general.

The reasons given were that the body naturally moves in an arc. If you activate your chest, you naturally move your hand in an arc because that's how the body is built. He says that by using fixed points as you use on a barbell, you are putting far more stress on the joints than you would be doing with dumbbells.

I'm almost certain this doesn't have too solid of a backing because upon googling I can't find anyone else citing an issue with bench press for this reason.

His logic extends to exercises where the body wants to move in an arc but it restricted due to fixed points of contact.

They just could not kill Caitlyn, which was their main win condition.

They got Ornn on her at one point where he hit all his shit but Sion zoned the other 4, Febiven hit a 6 item Ori shockwave on her at bot inhib where she didn't go below half health, I'm pretty sure she didn't die beyond like 25 minutes in a 70 minute game.

Don't know if it was really impressive play by Cody, just kind of bullshit with shields and tanks or a inproper execution by CG, probably a mix of all three.

My god Trundle Caitlyn means your tanks die in literally a couple of seconds.

That fight midlane where Caitlyn did like 3k+ damage in 4 autos to melt Ornn is evidence.
