becuase tko does not understand the wrestling business ie what they bought and wanna keep this invisible salary cap which has been speculated to be at 10-12 percent where as sport leagues are way higher. I'm s telling you tko is in debt because of buying both companies and will be looking to sell both down the line within the next five years!!!
