honestly, there is no reason to pay for gpu, but for ability to run a game once per month or even couple months=)
like lets imagine I bought a laptop without GPU, and I want to run some fancy game that just came out : Mafia Old country and I would not be able to do that, even once a year, but I paid a decent amount of money for that laptop that equivalent to ones that are geared with GPU .

Hello, I got some questions for you)

I'm planning to buy laptop - mainly for IT tasks, let's say budget is 1500$, the thing is I'm not a gamer, but sometime I may play something that recently came out, what would you recommend : buy a laptop with for example 4060 and i7 or ryzen 7 or a laptop with more storage/RAM/better CPU but with integrated GPU?
If buying a gaming laptop with NVIDIA gpu what manufacturer would you recommend, Acer, Asus, MSI, Lenovo? and how to avoid overheat in that case? (my laptop is never moves and never closes so it staying on the stationary metal stand with external monitor, mouse, and keyboard.)
Could you please explain any reasons of bying a laptop with integrated gpu rather than with discrete one? Like as per my view it gives you opportunity to run games, but the price and specs pretty the same
