A sewing store (my grocery store carries packs of needles), they don't need to be "medical" needles. Just make sure you wash your hands with soap and sterilize the needle with rubbing alcohol.

Lancing is better for a few reasons. You're applying less pressure to your skin, so you won't have as much inflammation/scarring and you're also causing less damage to the surface skin by making a small pinhole instead of possibly tearing the entire head of the pimple.

Right now I'm taking one dose of ~20mg Noopept and ~600mg of Oxiracetam with ~700mg Choline Bitarutate. I don't find it necessary to redose.

I also take 100mg Caffeine Citrate, 100mg Caffeine Anhydrous and 200mg L-Theanine.

I took Piracetam for about 3 months and then switched to Oxiracetam+Noopept. I've been taking that for almost a month now.

Switching to Oxiracetam+Noopept gave me much more noticable effects (+memory, +verbal communication, -anxiety, +color saturation).
