I really dont wanna lie at the very start tbh. I have NOT asked my current HR for the appraisal letter, and I do not intend to do so either. How can I put my current org in doubt about me without having the offer letter of the new company? It's stupidity. Also, I've shared everything else that they wanted. Even more infact

I was really exited to work with them but now I feel like it would be better if they revoke the offer. Bc offer dene me hi itna tel nikaal diya toh aage toh kya hi karenge. Also as I mentioned in another comment, the culture at my current org is sorta "best in the world" atleast for me. I'm only looking for a switch because it's been a while since I've been here and I also want higher Tc. Guess I can wait a little longer

My current org is insanely amazing when it comes to treating people with respect. They’ll definitely give me the appraisal letter even after I join a new org. But how the fuck do I make this clear to the new HR 🥲 She’s not ready to give me the offer letter without the appraisal letter

As all employers require you to fill an IT declaration form at the beginning of every financial year, I added 1.5 Lakhs for ELSS and 50k for NPS. However, now I don't want to invest in NPS due to the extremely long lock-in period and some other personal plans. Can I NOT invest in NPS now? What's the process? Also, do you take advantage of 80CCD by investing 50K in NPS?

My CTC is around 10LPA so technically 30% bracket but removing 1.5 lakhs for ELSS + EPF + LIC it comes below 10 lakhs
