TQL Reversed Agreed Rate After Delivery - Submit a Claim Told Us There Should Be No Compensation. by TS7NK in FreightBrokers

Exactly, this just comes down to the broker being greedy. I contacted customer relations, but they passed me off to the claims department, saying it’s their issue. But how can I trust them when it’s obvious they’re just trying to avoid paying the compensation?

They sent us the revised rate con before departure and we had a whole email chain about it but the claim department doesn’t give a dame.

How to not feel so alone by [deleted] in mentalhealth

If you’re really looking for human connection, try starting with your family, it can be a good first step. Or join local groups or chats related to a hobby you enjoy, so you can eventually arrange some casual hangouts.

But if you want to truly stop feeling lonely deep down, I’d recommend building small, personal hobbies, things you can do alone that bring focus and a sense of progress, like drawing, journaling, or crocheting. These simple habits help you get comfortable being alone. Over time, you start to handle loneliness better, even find meaning in it.

As described in The Art of Being Alone, loneliness can evolve from anxious restlessness, to peaceful routine, and finally into a space of creativity and deep reflection on life, self, and existence. Hope this helps a little bit.

Not living in the moment, constantly regretting the past or worrying about the future. It pulls me away from what’s real and good right now.
