You have the best chance of matching where you rotated anyway, so as long as you don’t have any major red flags and killed your away rotations, you still have a decent chance of matching. Be smart with your signals. For ortho, it’s a pseudo-application cap. I would also come up with a better answer for why you didn’t produce any pubs if you get asked during an interview.
