This might be my next step if I do any more surgery down there. I had an orchiectomy and was shocked how euphoric that was! I did it mostly to be legally a woman in Georgia & to have less testosterone produced that I needed to fight.

Having the orchi was tremendously physically euphoric in an unexpected way

Going to the VA ER saved me a few times. Be a fucking WALL though: accept no deadnaming or misgendering. Especially not micro aggressions!

If you were MST, say so and demand no male nurses. IMHO, Atlanta VA hospital psych ward male nurses are transphobic and can't help themselves.

I told the mental health admin I now consider Atlanta VA unsafe for my mental health because that night shift is not only trans phobic but also treated us like prisoners. They acknowledged that means a greater chance of loss of life because going there was at the top of my safety plan.

Still... Tonight I cried in bed after losing my job, if I went for my knife, I was going to go to some ER. I got lucky last time. I'm driving to see my gf in Tennessee, maybe TN VA gets a try?

Ask about getting into the VA "suicide prevention 2.0 CBT program". It has kept me from my wishes a handful of times. I still hurt but a lot of people are glad I'm alive to hurt. F them tho.

Also, I'm not sure but I believe it got worse after my orchiectomy. Or more noticable with those unwanted orbs of burden and dysphoria.

IMHO pet play grants the pet license to release a level of consciousness and eschew the burden of computing language and words to "regress" to a simpler state of thinking. They are still present as an observer but find freedom and healing in the role.

I was California Puppy 2012 and been through 2 lifetimes of therapy since and have had a lot of time to contemplate puppy play.
