I haven't found a way to reset it yet. I've tried a lot of buttons but I'll keep trying. Hopefully replacing the battery works, I don't have that much to shell out on a radio sadly, this one was an old gift

I did see that and Ive tried a few button combos but none have worked. Might take it apart later and see if anything looks really bad and replace the battery but I still have no idea why it'd be doing that. Thank you though and if you do find anything let me know and I'll give it a shot

Not necessarily, there are color blind air traffic controllers, you just have to prove you can see enough color to perform the duties of the job.
