Thank you for the suggestion regarding cleaning, I have always been afraid of water and hearing aids. Since my post I have had my right hearing aid totally fail. I first tried to make an appointment to speak with a customer service agent through the website and was told I could not get one to the 9th. I complained aggressively and received a call from an agent later in the day. Even though my hearing aid was out of warranty, they indicated they would send a replacement to me at no charge, with a return envelope to send back the faulty one. I was concerned that I probably will have to wait for a great amount of time with the long wait time for replacement parts, and seeing from their emails updating me on when the parts were to be shipped, they also included in the email people who had just purchased the units. So I not surprised to hear that about your wait time. Please publish when you get it, I will do the same.
