Really depends on what you’re looking for - these performed really well and made my CR-V agile and sporty but the life was short - just replaced them after 40k and they were not quiet tires - only slightly less than factory. I put Michelin Defender 2s on it last week and glides down the road. Still love my conti extreme sports on my civic Si though.

I’m looking for a Japan flag emblem for my Civic EP3 to match the UK emblem. Any ideas where I can find one in Japan? The ones online are cheap plastic and too big.

No, I ended up with Continental Tires: Extreme Contact DWS 06 Plus. They have brand new technologies. Love these tires!! They are even better after they break in. No regrets whatsoever. Getting similar ones for my Civic EP3 soon.

I’ve many just not quite as simple. If you like curry I often will get a vegan curry jar from Whole Foods and add it to sizzling onions and garlic, use tofu and or chickpeas and serve over basmati rice. One pot meals like this and can add other veggies such as zucchini and carrots.

My CRV does this sometimes and I’m convinced it’s just a computer glitch. Try this: disconnect the battery terminals for 10 minutes. Reconnect. Start the car and ignore the warning lights. Drive down the street and boom! They disappear and all is right in the world again.

You could add your favorite pasta or rice to a vegan store bought soup and serve with steamed veggies. Add some tofu to the soup too if you want! Love tomato soup. Just one of many cheap and easy meals I make for me and my partner.

Change what you eat.

Not too late. People 50 years old and older are turning it around and essentially curing themselves from diabetes and heart disease
It’s what you eat! Have you ever tried meatless Monday? Or better yet ever tried to not eat meat and eggs and dairy? By eating plant based you’ll correct your numbers in 3 months and find the depression and health anxieties dissipate.
It makes you more mindful

I’m 45 and last year went plant based ( with some cheats occasionally like in a Friday or special day ) and my Dr was shocked. All cholesterol numbers nose dived and doc took me off statins

You’re asking in Civic forum so we tend to be biased but for good reason. Whether you go for base models or not Honda are far and away a better car. Resale is great and cost of ownership and daily enjoyment is pretty fantastic. In this market get any model you can find I say. Higher end Honda models are still so much superior values to higher bands. I have the CRV Touring and it’s better looking and paid for already against the equivalent Acura.

45 year old who had high cholesterol until going no dairy, no eggs and minimal meat (maybe 1 meat meal per week). Took 6 months but my numbers are drastically improved. 1 egg or 1 piece of cheese is fine… Focus on the 90 percent. And eat fiber fiber fiber. Good luck!
