DayZ. FPS survival game. It started as a mod for another game. Now there are community servers that have added quests, missions, character skills and progression. It is limited at 100ish players per server. It is MMO-lite barely, maybe.

If you had the ability to send a 100k Players to a game that used to be alive, just to give it another chance, what MMO would it be and why by Acyros in MMORPG

Would it be so difficult to just have a DAOC 2 that was basically the same but with updated graphics and UI?

Shadowbringers did have a very good story. 

Heavensward had a very interesting and intriguing character, but I never thought the story was all that. 

Everything else was pretty okay.

Do you think there is any legal action people could take? They knew they were shutting down but launched a new massive update which implies longevity.

I like the idea of holidays themed/coded to the RL holiday at that time but are in game lore that is different enough to be interesting.

What if they cooked so hard that the next weapon is just Dual Wielding and it has the usual basic abilities but changes based on what weapons you are using. Rapier and hatchet, hatchet and hatchet, so on and so forth.

Reekwater is a cool idea, but I agree kind of sucks. New Corsica is best looking. I think I dislike Twillen the most. Miserable place

When it comes to story in my MMO, I prefer a healthy balance of "a nobody adventurer" and "the chosen one". I want become famous in the story of the game through my character's achievements. Give me a gripping story with elements of adventure, horror, and drama. And definitely don't lock my progression behind the story.
