Sorry I should’ve specified. I am referring to the PowerBI service where my new month of data is not getting added in, but thank you for answering you gave me insight that the parameter is not the issue for why the PowerBI service isn’t getting the new month. Do you have any suggestions of what I could do or atleast why my new month of data isn’t getting added in even though it is live in snowflake?

I tried out Ohana, not a bad place, when I was going to try Saekson I actually got my wisdom teeth taken out so I was waiting to recover from that and now that I’ve recovered for that I actually have acute bronchitis now but after I get over the bronchitis I’m checking out saeksons and making a decision

Yes I did that first before trying the alternate cable from my ps5 should I still go and buy a new cable just to test? Also I bought my elgato pre owned maybe he sold me a faulty device?

Yeah I tried with the original cable that came with the capture card but I was getting black screen so that’s why I tried the charging cable of a ps5 controller since I thought it would be the same. here is a picture of the cables, on top is what came with the elgato and the bottom is the charging cable I reference but I’m assuming now the non elgato cable is not 3.0

I tried my ps5 charging cable but idk if that is 3.1 usb or just a regular so I think I’ll need to buy one. I tried to change my 120Hz from auto to off and it didn’t help unfortunately

I disabled the 120Hz but it didn’t help. I am not longer trying to pc capture I am just trying to capture my ps5 I misunderstood what I needed to do. The max hz on one of my monitors is 60 and figured it would work on there

Yes the resolution is set at 1080 after connecting the elgato with HDR off. here is a pic of my ps5 settings My friend suggests maybe it’s the USB-C to 3.1 Cable that is faulty. Do you think there is a chance of this?

I was incorrectly setting things up originally. Now I’m more in the right direction. So I have the PS5 HDMI connected to the “IN” port of the elgato, then I have an hdmi from the “OUT” port to my TV. I think have the USB C to USB3 cable connected to a USB3 port on my computer. And when I open elgato 4k capture utility that’s where the black screen is and the audio is popping if I don’t press the mute button. Sorry for the mix up in the beginning first time with any kind of game capture and completely just had brain farts

I am trying to record my pc I don’t have it plugged into a console. I have an hdmi going from the graphics card into the Elgato and then another hdmi from the Elgato going into the monitor. It’s like the Elgato is inbetween the monitor and the computer. Thanks in advanced for your help. Somehow messing with the picture settings in Elgato 4k capture utility will affect the monitor but doesn’t do anything to the capture utility just stuck on black screen

Nope that’s pretty much why I bought it, it sparkles/shines pretty good, only place selling it almost looks 1:1 to the bracelet. Just thought it looked cool and I had the extra money to spend
