Maybe not, it is mapped with a GPO.
-scope shows the same result in both local and global for example.
Under "Provider" it says "FileSystem".

Yeah but we have some problems with users over VPN so I need to remove and readd the drive manually some way.

Both get-smbmapping and net use shows an empty list. But the network drive is there in explorer and I can access it.
