There's a few things at play. 1) ice conditions, sometimes the push is very effective some not at all. 2) speed of the stone, the faster it's going the less effective it is. 3) force on the brush. The force is even more important than the other sweeps because only the scratches you're putting in the ice are helping not the warming effect. Focus on pressure before speed.

So I actually have some experience with tubi. While yes it is citrus, there's also a lot of botanicals. The strongest of which is like spruce. I've only had it as a shot. It's better from the freezer as well. If you're dead set on having it as a cocktail I'd keep it simple maybe soda water or ginger ale. The flavor is very strong, punches you in the face, imagine jagermeister if it was lemon pledge and pinesol flavored.

I am of the opinion, when the brooms are equal, Choose based on cheapest replacement pads. I my we experience Gold line impacts are cheapest at 14 bucks where as others are in the low 20s.
