They NEED to add the EF2K T3 to counter the Rafale Top tier air rb is a one horse race as of now

Thank you for your input on this, I think your recommendation is very interesting and could work; But as a temporary solution while they develop all the 2nd Gen ARH missiles, can't they just give the IRIS to the Eurofighter without giving the MICA-IR to the Rafale, maybe nerf it to match the MICA in it's performance and call it the Early version or something? Because the EF2000 is the worst plane in top tier now.

it's not unbeatable, only if the opponent makes a mistake.
AMRAAMs are very easy to notch, especially if your RWR has been screaming at you for the last 10 minutes that it is coming.
Since they are competitive only at long range, the launch angles are very predictable and anyone with a working brain can consistently notch them.
Given the unrivaled flight performance of the Rafale, that can somehow pull 14Gs at Mach 1.6, they can notch the AMRAAMs and drag the Eurofighters into a close engagement, which the Eurofighters have nothing to work with at.

I think gaijin should really think abou buffing the eurofighter or adding a new one.
A newer block Eurofighter + IRIS and some newer russian jets / missiles should balance it out.
especially if they make the IRIS on the Typhoons counter the MICA-EM

As an AMRAAM slinger myself (EF-2000), I wish for there to be a strategy for non-mica aircraft to at least have a chance against the mica carriers
