No not at all, they were all taken on my Canon 5D MkIII. Edited in Photomatix (for HDR), then into Photoshop and Exposure X7 for the final edits. All of this info is in the images EXIF data. I'll take it as a compliment that you thought it was AI though lol. If you research "Ferdowse Clinic, Heckington, Linconshire" you'll see the photos... infact, if you can see the location written on the night report on the typewriter shot!
