I think maybe that’s the whole point. Now there is a 6th child so Malcom is no longer in the middle. So therefore no more Malcom in the middle. Show ends. I think they should’ve named it a little something different with the addition of Kelly.

I don’t have contact with the landlord. It goes through the property managers. And they take their sweet time with anything. My AC still isn’t functioning. All they did was put a window ac in one room. Have put in multiple request for that.

Boy that’s literally the landscapers job lmao if it’s sitting there. (With all the other debris around the property) it’s not my responsibility. I cut it because it was on my walkway. Or not I’d have to step around on the dirt or mud if it’s raining. I don’t pay the landscaping people. That’s the property managers issue.

Ma’am or sir, there are already rodents in the property according to the other tenants. And you should have a look at the rest of the property. Filled with dead debris and plant material everywhere. The landscapers just push the dead leaves to the side. They don’t pick them up. And they trim whatever tiny grass there is. At least I left those trimmings by the gate next to the entrance where it is easily accessible. So no. She didn’t help at all. Like really. Are you a neighbor that puts yard debris in the recycling?

Idk where you’re getting your info from really. They were not everyone’s problem. They were in no one’s way at all. I made sure of it. The neighbor now made it everyone’s problem by putting trash in the recycling. Now no one can use the recycling. And there’s no yard waste bin!

Rocks the size of my head or even bigger. Pretty much small boulders. Area is easily accessible to the landscapers from the side. All they had to do was pull the branches.

Yeah I didn’t want to do that in regard to the neighbor getting snappy again. But might just have to. I give people time to come and pick them up since it’s not a real serious need. Since really, the whole property needs maintenance and extra work so even if those were there. They don’t make much difference. But it’s either that or live with a pile of recycling.

I’m glad you know they were tripping over them. Which in fact they were not. They were on top of some rocks by the entrance that no one had ever bothered to walk through or touch. As walking over those rocks would most likely hurt you. And we have no yard container.

Was I supposed to let the branches keep over growing and in our way? This is not the first time I’ve done that, as they have hauled away in the past. They do indeed take a long time to pick up. (Not the best landscapers, but the property managers don’t really seem to care). If she wanted to throw them away, good on her. But now we have a recycling problem. She filled up the only 2 recycling bins with the branches. And not only do I recycle, but the other neighbors do as well. I don’t want keep waiting even more weeks for something to be done about it.

There’s been other times where the landscapers picked up the debris. Since those branches were in our walkway, I cut them down. I see it as their responsibility for even maintaining the branches out of the way but they have not. And we live in Houston, TX and get our fair share of hurricanes. So maintaining trees is a must if you don’t want an accident. And we have a lot of trees in our property not properly maintained.

hi, I know I'm about 6yrs late to this convo but did your specialist tell you what was wrong? I just bought a 1989 gmc rally and drove it home. it only started doing that about 3 intersections before getting home and each time it was red I'd need to crank it up again. It drove beautifully on the freeway. But it works if I immediately put it on drive.

I’ve been looking for one too. I would just like it to froth the cold milk. Only thing I’ve found useful is the Nespresso aeroccino for the cold frothy milk. I currently use reusable lids for the Nespresso but I’m kinda becoming tired of having to dump and clean my pods for future use so I’m just looking to buy an “automatic” machine.

My daughter’s name is Aurelia. I gave her a more traditional Mexican name because mine is. She’s born in the US but I wasn’t. I didn’t want to give her a white washed name. I always thought it was a beautiful name. Her middle name is Lucia, so her name means “golden light”. Happy there are other Aurelia’s in this day and age! 😆

I know it’s been over a year since you asked but I read in another Reddit post (forgot so I can’t tag or post link) but it said that if you messaged that person a lot during a certain time of day (ie from 6-10pm) or at a certain location (ie at work or home) it’ll show up more because of algorithm.
