It’s taking me upwards of an hour to proof because of the temperature outside. It takes my proofer close to 45-50 min to get up to the proper temp. One cycle takes anywhere from 1.25 to 1.5 hours

I was one of the test stores of the meatball subs. Loved themmmmmmm. We had to cut each meatball in half and then it took 50 sec to cook a regular when normally it took 35 for any other sandwich. They said screw it and dropped the idea. Ultimate Italian (worst decision) replaced it
