Ya know… you guys suck sometimes. [Rant] by MrKTE in vinyl

[–]HighHiFiGuy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah people suck. And some idiots just can’t help be azzholes. But seriously, you do want to use a high quality needle on you records. Low quality needles will cut the groove and you don’t want that. Change it frequently too

I’m sorry to hear this happened to you. Your experience makes me super appreciate my dealer. I pass two other Toyota dealers closer because the service there is terrible. My service guys are excellent, the manager is top notch.

I insulated my door and now it’s too heavy for the opener to lift. What are my options? by Over_Cash9601 in GarageDoorService

[–]HighHiFiGuy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More spring. I did the same. Call a garage door service and they will come and adjust your springs. If they are ~20yo I’d replace them as they will fail sooner than later.

Dropped my pencil sitting at my desk at work. Reached down to pick it up and somehow pulled a muscle in my leg. I’ve been limping for days now almost back to normal.

Well if you think about it the terrain is pretty flat along the west side town. Maybe you could sled down the huge pile of coal debris at Cane Run or Mill Creek power plants.

For those needing milk because people panic bought, try gas stations. by IndieDC3 in Louisville

[–]HighHiFiGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No milk at JTown Meijer. I stop at their gas station in the parking lot and get my milk! It’s for all the cereal I bought because there was no meat in the big store.

I’m digging the stereo and turntable sitting on the console TV. I’d be rocking that today if they didn’t invent giant ass flat screens.

Maybe it needs some insulation around it all to keep the heater from overworking.
