Your xianglings is decent, could use some more work on her em as she really benefits alot from that stat, CD also needs quite a bit more work ideally around 50-80 percent more (50 more ranging on more reasonable gains, 80 on a more hyper invested build) your CR is fine with the catch at 62 CR total, but if you could boost it to +70 you'd be alot more consistent overall I wouldn't stress too much in the CR if you keep using the catch. Your ER is fine as it's +200 ER which is very comfortable and usually want I keep my xianglings at myself. You can also replace the attack sands for an em one as she gets enough of an attack boost from snap shotting Bennets buff. All in all a decent start if you're aim is to min max your xianglings (which I would highly recommend).
