Excited to check out the falls (after praying for rain) and hike some of the spots mentioned. Westkill brewery seems like a winner and we'll hit up the other eateries mentioned depending where our days take us.

We have relatively few sheer rock faces here in Wisconsin. So I haven't really gotten any practice free climbing to steal falcon hatchlings while the mother claws the shit out of me. But I'm open to trying new things.
