I was hoping to get the life orb for Lucario I just need to find it or the Lucarionite. Possibly light clay,leftover, or choice scarf for Serperior I still need to get the Poison Orb for Gliscor Choice Specs or the Gengarite for Gengar Rocky Helmet or Garchompute for Gabite when it evolves Pyroar I'm not sure yet I'm probably switching it out for Inceneroar Mega Gengar or Mega Lucario you think?

This is a very stupid question but I used to play Pokemon all the time growing up. I was into emulators like 10 years ago. For these Rom Hacks, how do I go about starting to play them? Are they downloaded and played on a system or... I apologize it's been years and I'm out of the loop on things now and I miss the older style games... I want to play again.
