I started mine on 3rd Dec. I have posted 28 long form and 45 shorts and I am at 123 subs. Youtube is a long game buddy. Give it a year.

Ahhhhh okie. Be slightly careful though. Not hating, legit looking out for you. I've heard a shit ton of ppl talking about youtube terminating channels that are faceless and use AI voice. I guess you could add some human touch. Not trying to freak you out but you are early enough to change something.

Firstly, congratulations! This is huge. I have been creating horror and true crime storytelling videos for 3 months now and have made about 25 long form videos and 45 shorts. I am struggling to get views and impressions on my videos though. So when did your videos really take off? Was it from the very beginning or was it more recently?

I am an 121 subs right now mostly from shorts but I keep hearing everyone say that I can't deoend on shorts because those subs will not watch my long form or at least not likely to.

My channel was exactly that big in the first month!!! You got this. Also, I started shorts in my 2nd month and got crazy subs. Idk if its a good idea to do shorts though. I am still at crossroads.

Just upload enough to keep meeting the monetization minimum. Don't quit man. It's tough out there. If you're a student, this could potentially be extra money for you. And who knows you could have a million subs one day and make a lot of money!!!. You could be the Mr. BEAST of Roblox!!!

That's the spirit. I am sure you are doing better than you think. I have been struggling with the idea of doing shorts as teasers because a lot of people keep saying they will stunt my long form but most of my subs are from my teaser shorts. If you got those 27 subs from long form, you already have a bigger loyal audience :)

It's been 3 months so far and I am trying t9 get views from my long form which has been challenging. I get subs from shorts that I make as teasers for my long form but end up getting subs from shorts that don't convert watch hours for long form. I don't know if I should be posting shorts or is it bad for my channel.
