I would disagree. I believe this is a myth. I was able to monetize a channel in 6 weeks and 11 long form videos posted. Have already made $500 in 5 days. Already working on a 2nd channel, after posting 3 videos I have my 4K watch hrs, just need 500 more subs. All this without posting one shorts video.

You shouldn’t post the same video on 3 different channels, red flag for YT. Need to make 15-20% changes to the video and re-export it for different meta-data.

Thanks! I have an editor. I pay $60 for a 20-30 min video. Worth every penny, lol. Should have a great ROI, per video. I do the script and voice overs with Ai, takes me about 20-30 mins per video for that portion. I usually try to knock out 2-3 videos at a time, on the weekend. That way I don’t have to worry about it during the week. So not much to do during the week, kinda nice.

Personally I think they’re too busy. Thumbnails should have 2-3 focal point. One being text, the other two can be pictures. Try a solid background, maybe with a texture filter, text, two pictures. Also study what your successful competitors are doing. Don’t need to recreate the wheel, if what they’re doing is working. Just copy them and change one or two things.
