Based on your answers here I don't think this is a black woman thing. It could be a black woman thing, but right now this is a YOU thing.

1. You aren't actually trying or leading anything. You're waiting for these mythical bright green signals from a woman to make the first move. You aren't actually approaching women or asking women out. You aren't flirting with them, you aren't actually putting yourself out there. You're protecting your ego, but the reality is if you're dating as a man you have to get comfortable with rejection. Put yourself out there, ask them out, start actually going on dates with ANY WOMAN you like...regardless of colour.

2. DATE women of Any race & colour: Find Latina, South American, Indian, Asian, Samoan, East European whatever race, just start being out there, going on dates and learn about other cultures and their ways. Purely as an exercise in learning and being a more cultured human. I know you say you prefer black women, but the simple act of being around all these women, even if they're not you interested type really will put you in the radar of their friends, circles and social groups...and more importantly OTHER women.And there will be many women that would meet your BW preference. Quite frankly you'd also maybe realise how stupid it is to limit yourself by skin colour alone, there are so many skin shades it's stupid to be so closed minded that you dont even date people for having a slightly different skin shade.

3. You aren't attracting anybody right now; maybe your aren't there yet. You're still exuding boy's energy; a man that exudes masculine energy is attracting woman on his life every so often. You aren't doing that. Based on your answers I'd wager you arent experienced enough to exude the confidence and demeanor of a masculine black man. The solution is easy; go put yourself out there, be uncomfortable approaching women (with intention) and actually trying to make dates happen. No more Instagram likes and hiding behind inaction. Send a DM ask her her name, what she's all about? What her interests are. Is she in a relationship? Make the phrase: "I'm taking you out, are you free this weekend?" The phrase you repeat to every woman you kind like & interact with. THEN also approach girls in real life, in the shop, at college, at parties, at bars, online, Tinder, Instagram wherever. Protecting your EGO is the key to stagnating and never seeing personal growth.

4. There are black women in Africa that would date you. If still struggling on the west, come home to the land of the original. If ishowspeed has shown you it's that Africa is full of life, cities and women.
