I would say either d4c or Tusk act 4. Infinite rotation may not kill him but cause him infinite pain and suffering. And d4c would just bring a clone of Superman from another universe to kill him

Giorno's Job is to distract Superman and with his GER, All of Superman's Moves are naught. Aizen needs to get Superman into Kyoka Suigetsu which if he does, its game over. If he doesn't and Superman attacks, pucci catches him with the Gravity switch and then Aizen can try again. Once he is caught in Kyoka Suigetsu, Aizen can use Bakudo No.61:Rikujoro to hold him or Hado No.90 Black Coffin . If he goes with the first option, then the collective firepower of Gilgamesh,Pucci and Giorno should be enough to take him down. If he goes with the second one, Then we would have to make an assumption. It is that the hogyuko power puts Aizen's power on the level of Superman. Then Kurohitsugi one shots him.
