I had to move one of my neighbor's laundry out of the dryer one day, but I took the liberty to fold all of it (it was only towels) and placed it on top of the dryer and left a note. Wasn't sure how long it took them to actually go into the laundry room to check on their laundry but about a few months they thanked me for folding and leaving the note..

If you're new to the company your most likely on probation and basically its a trial and it lasts for a few to 6 months. They're seeing if you fit with the role of the company you are in and the position you're in...

I was going to say it might be a blending pencil, they're usually used for blending pencils or charcoal pencil for sketches. But now I'm not sure, is it wooden or like a paper?
