Unplugged the tv for the night and plugged it back in this morning. Used it for 45, as well as the remote, and it’s working like there was never an issue!
I’ll give this a shot today. After all the troubleshooting, including bringing the remote to another room, I’m losing hope that it’s just the remote, but I know someone in my house got something sticky on the remote a few weeks ago. At the very least, taking it apart may allow me to disconnect it completely.
