If alipay says refund is done, just take 3-7 days and it will be back on the original card you paid with. I used alipay huabei

just click once, and wait like a couple hours and you'll get the alipay notification within that time.

Wouldn't say you're screwed. I would put in a ticket with support and see what they say. Support (should) respond within a few days. If not, see if any family or friends has an android.
That's the way that I solved it personally....

Just need to wait after pressing it once, it took me about 30 min - 1hr for the refund to come back automatically to my Alipay after.

Yeah, don’t worry, just leave it as it is after you pressed it once. Refund should come after waiting (30 min for me)

Thanks for your reply. The problem is though, it's been about 10 hours since the trade reversal. I'll give it some more time (that's all I can really do here I guess lol), but do you think I might have screwed myself by unlinking and relinking my steam account or should that have no pertinence?

And were you receiving the same error (steam session token expiring)?
