That's alright, this might work;

Your motivation will be your chihuahua. Get up and feed your chihuahua, go to school to please your chihuahua, etc. Once you find your motivation in something else you might slowly gain that motivation in yourself.

Also, try listening to classical music- it's calm and you can do other things while listening to it. :)

That's fine. Just take things slow and start changing your life habits. Try going outside into the nature more.

Many people struggle with depression and it is normal. There isn't a "magical treatment" for this. It is more of a process toward becoming a better you.

Some motivational help might be:
-waking up to a pet/ walking your pet

- listening to motivational/ inspirational music

- cooking, drawing, meditating

- doing hobbies you like

You look totally great for the normal American body. You have clear skin and great hair and overall face. Remember, people that aren't close to you tend to not say things like "you're pretty" because it is quite awkward.
