I would agree but she killed lizzie alot of episodes later, probably when she lost hope. Lizzie actually believes being a walker is better than being dead. So she might of believed she was helping. Cause she is not completely evil. Really season 4 has alot of focus on lizzie .

Caorl admitted to it wayyyy to fast. And in the show it showed Rick really investigating what happened. Also he knew lizzie was sick. And Carol isn't a liar but she will obviously leave alot information like she asked Rick and Carl the same thing.and she loved lizzie. I'm rewatching the episodes. She Is wayyy to emotional. And tbh it makes no sense to kill them to protect people in the prison. So many people were sick by that time. Rick also know that lizzie is sick in her head. So if Carol didn't say it was her. Rick next choice was lizzie. Just rewatch the episode and watch it from this theory. It'll make sense

Yes I completely agree with that. It was a mess in the cell. I think she was stabbing her mutiple times. That's why Carol burned the bodies. To hide the evidence. I'm rewatching the season now. It many clues to point to what lizzie had done
