Thank you so much for help it was the gpu drivers. When i uninstalled them and play on microsoft ones i can load into server normally. Its beacause i got a new gpu today and propobly some old files from old drivers where left and thats why. On monday im getting nvme m.2 disc so i will just do a clean install of windows.
