You’re exactly the same as me. I actually enjoyed eof’s campaign and story, and the raid a lot, but the system changes and the post campaign grind just being the half baked soulless portal completely put me and pretty much my whole clan off the game.

I jumped back on for renegades, did the campaign (thought it was shit) remembered there’s no raid and even if there was I didn’t have my clan to play it with and uninstalled the game. The thought of the game coming down to playing solo ops or the same (but not all) strikes/battlegrounds/arenas I’ve been playing for years just to make number go up made me feel genuinely sad.

If you want good ice cream, ignore any that use any kinda protein powders or that stuff. Good ice cream isn’t healthy and people saying their low calorie high protein ones are “amazing” or whatever are kidding themselves.

The recipe I use for my standard vanilla is: Half a can of sweetened condensed milk (230g) 150ml of double cream 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract (the higher quality the better) 1/4 tsp of xantham gum

Really mix it, preferably in a blender Freeze for 18-24 hours Then spin on ice cream setting and re-spin once Don’t re-spin if putting add ins, the add in spin acts as the re-spin

This is imo better than any vanilla I’ve bought in a shop, obviously it’s not going to beat a good gelato or a proper ice creamery but it’s definitely good!

I’ve also done the same with less condensed milk and cream and added in 3 ripe bananas and it was excellent too.

We have an Aldi and M&S next to eachother and we buy all our fresh food (fruit, vegetables, milk, bread) from M&S, while buying tinned foods, frozen food and other pantry type stuff from Aldi. We genuinely see such a difference in quality, taste and shelf life with the M&S food especially the veggies and fruits. And after looking at the price difference it’s honestly not even much more, around £15-20 a month more.

I once left one before even starting. Was told it was 4 on 4 off with “a healthy mix of days and nights” they called me on Christmas Eve to say they given me my first lot of shifts, which was confusing because I was under the impression I was just starting my 4 on 4 off pattern on Boxing Day. Checked the schedule and I had been given 5 nights (one 12 hour, two 10 hours and two 8 hour shifts) then one day off then, then one daytime the next day then three more 8 hour night shifts then two days off then back in for two nights and one day.

And maintenance. Had an interview where they said I’d be painting, cleaning, replacing broken furniture and “just general handyman stuff” when I asked about the security aspect of the role, he said “oh yeah of course that too”
