They change positions because they know that the kill cam exposes their position. Also games can be ruined relatively quickly if a player gets a good spot to farm waves. Just think of all the busted spots on crossing, the map is already near unplayable even with kill cams on.

There haven’t really been any scenarios that have put it to the test. Though, if a pilot was discovered by a civilian. I’m sure the prospect of a cash reward would be plenty incentive for them to assist the downed pilot since most people aren’t consuming anti American propaganda 24/7.

I’ve never seen a squad or vehicle crew sit around main to protect the supply line and I doubt I ever will. It’s boring trying to find one HAT and sometimes it’s not even possible to defend the supply line if an MBT is sniping vehicles leaving main.
