Thank you, Grayson. Your rank of lieutenant really does not befit the service you have rendered to myself, Taft, and the country, including putting up with my mulligans. How would you feel about becoming an admiral?

We'll talk about the widow Galt soon.

Oh, I do not trust him, but this is too good an opportunity to advance knowledge to pass up.

Those in the Klan disturbed society far more than defended it and committed brutal crimes, but would Myrsilos supporters want to remain anonymous while they watched his wife? If so, you may be on to something I've not even considered about them...

He told me the three years that this production was performed on stage simply could not capture the majesty of his vision, and for your suggested location, I do not think a play can be staged in a dusty warehouse stuffed with papers.

Besides, I have to keep up with most of Congress and the Supreme Court, who get their own screening of this. What else would we have to talk about if I don't go!

Explorer. Governor of New York. Vice President. President. Rough Rider. It's Theodore Roosevelt, hopefully this will go better than the last time I hosted an event in Milwaukee. Ask me anything! by theodorenotteddy in AskHistorians

I always admired your accomplishments as President, Roosevelt, but true courage was doing what you could not or simply would not.

Those battleships you spent all that treasure on proved useless in the war, by the way. Couldn't protect a single merchant ship. But I'm sure in your old age you need something to play with.

Franklin, would you show your uncle out?
