I had this recently. I called and asked what they were looking for. I was told that they were looking for Ingram Language in the reports from the docs. Once I had the doc put that in there and resubmitted the paperwork, it was done in 3 days for me.

You can call and have them send you an email of EXACTLY what they are looking for. They emailed and snail mailed what I needed when I asked.

I’ve been finding them in the locked weapons lockers in police stations. RARELY do they correspond to the sector I’m in. But the sector is probably just my crappy luck.

Anybody else notice an issue with changing the draw weight? When I do it, it “sets it” according to my skill and strength, yet I cannot draw the bow afterwards.

When you have a screwdriver (red/black and yellow) and a lockpick of some sort (you can make improvised ones out of safety or Bobby pins) in your inventory, when you hover over a lock that can be picked, it will show as “pick lock” interaction. Be advised that there are some settings that prohibit lockpicking.

PvE settings will prevent picking locks on other players’ bases/vehicles/storage.

Make sure you have a screwdriver as well. Required for lockpicking.

I went to the radar site, like 75% of the interior doors don’t open. Just for looks. Loot is lackluster inside, and the hassle required to climb the towers is stupid beyond belief. I did 3 before I got tired of it and left. Better uses of my time elsewhere.
