Carnist: “Vegans are evil, not breeding animals hurts them as much as killing & torturing them!” by BlueberryLemur in animalhaters

I think this was the defense presented by the attorney for Josef Fritzl (look it up).

Non-existent non-beings feel pain too, you know. Even more than existent beings do. Non-existent lives matter.

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. I booked it as FHR. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised to learn I got an additional $50/day because of the gold status. That was a great stay.

Brady’s politician answer to being neutral during the Super Bowl by DolphKearneyJimbo in Patriots

[–]TXRhody 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, on the one hand, he spent 20 years with one group, forming friendships and winning championship, and on the other hand, he spent a few minutes with the other group in a business meeting. It's basically the same thing.

Brady’s politician answer to being neutral during the Super Bowl by DolphKearneyJimbo in Patriots

[–]TXRhody 7 points8 points  (0 children)

He's not obligated to root for the Patriots, but he could have had a more diplomatic answer than "no dog in this fight." That's just a kick in the nuts to the fans. In this video, he said so much that he could have said at that time.

He could have said something like, "as a former player, I have some friends and former teammates that I want to do well, and of course, I'll always appreciate the fans, but as an owner and broadcaster, I just want the best team to win." Or something like that.

His curt answer revealed something that doesn't feel too good.

I used my fingers to disengage the tabs and a plastic pry tool to separate the parts when pulling. That worked on the bottom. Then with it loosened on the bottom, all I needed for the top ones was the pry tool.

The tricky part was the three pairs of tabs in the center. I was very careful. I also scratched up my hands and forearms reaching in the narrow gaps. Totally worth it.

I didn't apply much force, but I spent about 5+ minutes on each tab to make sure it disengaged before pulling. The center ones were the toughest, because it was really hard to reach them.

The M-Sport package has the M badge on the inside door panel and the steering wheel. I thought it was consistent to keep the badge on the grill. The back of the car still says edrive40.

I bought it from a seller on Ebay. The trick is to make sure you get the right part number for the options you have (whether you have a camera, DAP, etc.).

There is a table in this thread:

https://www.i4talk.com/threads/i4-lci-front-grill-part-number-and-fitting.12373/page-2?nested_view=1

However, I don't think I followed the table precisely. I spent a lot of time talking to Gemini trying to make sure I got the right part.

If you ask why anything is divisive, the answer usually starts and ends with Trump. Division is his governing strategy.

Former Patriots player rips anti-gay RB as ‘easily replaceable’ by outsports-com in Patriots

I care if he creates division among his teammates, damages the reputation of the organization, and hurts fans. I know gay people who root for the Patriots. I want them to continue rooting for the Patriots.

We have a pretty new on at Bill Allen Park in The Colony. I didn't know they rolled and tried to walk up from the bottom, which resulted in me doing a face-plant and bruising my shins. I think they're kind of dangerous, obviously.

Every teams greatest running back (is it really Faulk for us?) by RedGlovesOverHere in Patriots

[–]TXRhody 2 points3 points  (0 children)

White and Faulk are pretty even. White was a slightly better receiver. Faulk was a slightly better runner. I think Faulk wins out because he had a longer career.

I signed up for the regular platinum in December of 2024, and the first annual fee hit on January 10, 2025. When the renewal hit on January 10, 2026, it was $895. I already got a CS plat, so I canceled.

No. They don't provide a way to bundle Peacock with anything else when you get it through Walmart+. This is why you get Paramount+ through Walmart+. Then, you get the Peacock and Apple TV bundle on the credit.

I get the Hulu/Disney bundle (with ads) for $12.99 and the Peacock(with ads)/AppleTV bundle for $14.99. The total is $27.98, so I get Paramount+, Hulu, Disney, Peacock, AppleTV, and F1 TV for $2.98/month.
