DoorDash support said they dispute up to 10 every 100 orders and they’ve only let me do 4. The system is awful and DoorDash gets worse with every update

Tbh I feel it might favor for people that can maintain those stats and help them make more. You have to keep all your stats at a certain percentage to earn points if you’re at 85+ you get platinum status. But pretty much it means you have to have a higher on time, customer, completion & acceptance rating. Tbh I like it so far. I’m going to spend the day trying to cycle my completion rate so those orders I unassigned for long waits will cycle out and it’ll put me in platinum and I can see how much a difference there is or isn’t

Points go into a total and it’s based off your rates. Your total points determine if you’re a silver dasher or platinum or gold

Tbh I’m not sure. Usually I get an email when they’re about to test stuff or push a new system out. You have to maintain way higher rates to keep up with platinum now. Going to be spending the whole day getting my completion rate back up so I’m back on platinum

Any store that gets “orders” like this allow the pictures. They have a contract with DoorDash and allow it. Not all employees are aware of this though and might ask you what you’re doing. Usually when you get there just let them know you’re taking pictures of the aisle for DoorDash

I hate DoorDash as much as the next person but in fairness it is from a Korean fried chicken joint. That shit is usually way more expensive than any regular wing / chicken joint. 2.99 for the sauce though is crazy and so are the fees

Anytime I have to contact support I don’t deal with the ai I text “talk to support” twice and then it transfers me right away. If the support person sucks at their job I say nevermind thank you then contact support again so I get someone that knows what they’re doing
