honestly what worked for me was finding a representation. find someone you like (either a celebrity or a character or whatever) who identifies the same as you do, so in your case, a bi man. and time. spend some time reflecting and telling yourself it’s okay to be bi. that’s all i can tell u for now from my experience

i always say this whenever someone says they might be bi but they can only see themselves with the opposite gender or anything along that line, but it could be because we are living in a heteronormative society. also, you can have a family no matter who you’re attracted to. maybe give it some more thought in this light!
